You qualify for an Upgrade license if you currently have a ColdFusion license for one version back, which currently is 2021 (version 14). Holders of a 2018 (version 13) license or older do not qualify for an Upgrade license.

If you do not qualify for an Upgrade license, you may purchase a new license.
